Knowledge stores

A knowledge store is a named collection of reference material you can attach to a boo so it answers from what you've given it, instead of only its general personality.

Creating a store

From the Knowledge tab on Boos, create a store and give it a name. Add material to it two ways:

• Upload files — drop in documents directly.
• Connect a Google Sheet — paste a sheet link to pull in its contents.

A store can mix both. Edit or delete a store any time from the same tab.

Attaching a store to a boo

Open a boo's edit page and select one or more knowledge stores under Stores. Your boo pulls from every store you attach when it replies — handy for a boo that needs to know real product details, lore, or FAQs beyond what fits in its personality description.

A store isn't tied to a single boo — attach the same one to several boos that should all know the same material.
